In 1982 the business was expanded with the opening of the Bar La Licata today run by the brothers Luigi and Paola, two DOC "Monticiani" born and raised in the Monti district.
The Bar's look has been revamped and, thanks to the acquisition of additional premises, it has been expanded with the addition of a kitchen for the direct preparation of food and pastry.

The Bar also carries out a home delivery service for all the delicacies that are prepared daily by the internal kitchen.

The Bar has implemented a management policy aimed at combating environmental pollution: we do not own motor vehicles, we use Car Sharing vehicles, deliveries by bicycle and/or on foot, we carry out separate collection as well as the differentiation of the oil used for cooking and storing food; we have eliminated the use of plastic bottles, we only supply tap water. We try to use only high quality food quality raw materials, 0 km products and organic products that do not affect the environment
